Richard Draper, D.O., Medical Director and Mr. Dean Akerson, Executive Director of Hannibal Regional Medical Group are pleased to announce the addition of Mary Kay Schlegl, Family Nurse Practitioner, to Hannibal Regional Medical Group’s acute treatment clinic, Express Care.

Ms. Schlegl received her Bachelor of Science from Blessing-Rieman College of Nursing in Quincy, IL and her Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Missouri.  Most recently she worked in the Rural Health Clinics of Quincy Medical Group.

“Ms. Schlegl is an experienced, compassionate practitioner who will help Hannibal Regional Medical Group continue to elevate the bar in providing exceptional patient centered health care,” says Dr. Richard Draper, HRMG Medical Director.

Express Care is located in the north entrance of Hannibal Regional Medical Building, on the first floor and can be accessed off of Emergency Drive on the Hannibal Regional Hospital campus. Express Care offers convenient medical care at hours when many patients need it the most: 7 am to 9 pm, Monday through Friday.  Appointments are not necessary for any medical visit, including school physicals, immunizations, earaches, sinus infections, colds and cough, flu symptoms, skin conditions, injection administration and tests for strep throat, mononucleosis, blood sugar, pregnancy and more. All applicable health insurance will be accepted.
