Mohammad Aktaruzzaman, M.D., Allergist/Immunologist with Hannibal Regional Medical Group, is now providing services to patients at Lincoln County Medical Center in Troy, Missouri. Dr. Aktaruzzaman will be scheduling office hours each Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Dr. Aktaruzzaman provides treatment for many conditions including asthma; hay fever (allergic rhinitis); frequent upper respiratory infection; eczema/skin rash; hives; food and drug allergies; insect and bee sting allergies and recurrent infections.
Dr. Aktaruzzaman completed a residency in Pathology and fellowship in Immunopathology at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital/Albert Einstein School of Medicine in Bronx, New York. He also completed a residency in Internal Medicine and at Mt. Siani Medical Center/Case Western Reserve School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio as well as a second fellowship in Allergy/Immunology at East Carolina University School of Medicine in Greeneville, North Carolina. Dr. Aktaruzzaman has been employed by Hannibal Regional Medical Group since March 2008 and provides care in multiple locations throughout northeast Missouri.
