Angela Ruth Rountree, M.D., F.A.C.E.P., Emergency Medicine physician, has joined Hannibal Regional Medical Group. Dr. Rountree will begin seeing patients this month in the Emergency Department at Hannibal Regional Hospital.
Dr. Rountree received her medical degree from Texas A&M University System Health Sciences Center College of Medicine in College Station, TX and completed her Residency in Emergency Medicine at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Medical Center in Little Rock, AR. Dr. Rountree is a Fellow of the American Board of Emergency Medicine. While in Little Rock, Dr. Rountree worked with Angel Flight accompanying transport teams to bring ill or injured children to Arkansas Children’s Hospital and coordinated communications with in-house intensivists and specialists as needed. Most recently, she cared for patients at Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains, MO. Dr. Rountree is a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians.
